GENERAL DESCRIPTION & APPLICATIONS

Pramipexole is a nonergot dopamine which stimulate dopamine receptors in the striatum. It is used as an antidyskinetic for the treatment of Parkinson's disease. Classes used as antiparkinsonian agents include:
